Simple but Delicious!!
Happy and healthy eating!!
Insanity Before Pictures & Start of Week 4
Week 4 Day 1 on Insanity
Before Insanity
I have been enjoying every minute of Insanity...well maybe not every minute. This workout has truly challenged me both physically and mentally. I have done things that I never knew I would be able to do. From the pictures above you can see the difference in my stomach. I have lost a total of 6 pounds thus far, but more importantly I have toned and lost inches. My overall goal is to tone so I am excited that I have already noticed a big difference.
I have been sticking to the meal plan that came with Insanity but I did notice that today I was craving sweets!! Usually this is what happens when I reach my fitness goal and then I tell myself that's its ok and then I end up having to start back over again. I hope that this time I will be able to ignore the cravings and find healthier alternatives. I must say that the chocolate Shakeology with a tablespoon of peanut butter is a treat!!!
I have no intention on sabatoging my progress thus far so I guess I'll stick with my weight watchers desserts if I find that I want something sweet.
Happy Labor Day and keep P.U.S.Hing play!!!

Week 1 Down...Bring On Week 2!
I have completed week one and the workouts have truely lived up to the name INSANITY! They were all challenging, even the cardio recovery. I'm not used to that kind of recovery. I was still sweating like crazy. All though the workouts were challenging I LOVED THEM ALL! I hope my progress will inspire you to push play!

Confessions of a Sweets Addict!

Follow me, better yet join me, as I begin my new journey on Beachbody. I was drawn in by the Insanity infomercial as I was working out at work. I'm glad I was working out and not sitting on the couch stuffing my face, but nevertheless it caught my attention. I have seen several of the Beachbody infomercials and contemplated purchasing P90X several times but never picked up the phone.
If you know me, then you know I love to exercise, and I love a fun and intense workout. Insanity seems to be what I've been waiting for. Along with me sharing my experience with Beachbody products, I hope to share some healthy recipes that I find. In addition to exercising I love to cook. Hopefully I will inspire you to make progress, not excuses!
